Drive to Lewis - Day 7 - Drive to Ft. Collins, CO

Day 7 was our longest driving day.  We drove 530 miles from Junction City, KS to Ft. Collins, CO.  There aren't too many pictures from this drive simply because there wasn't too much to see!!!  Lots of flat farmland and more flat farmland.

We drove a total of 530 miles on this day.  It was a LONG day!!!

We got off at a rest stop in Kansas at one point and we could either turn left to get to the rest stop or drive down this dirt road to...???  We thought this dirt road really exemplified our "idea" of what Kansas should look like.

We have the BEST dog!!!

Sleepy time!!!

YEAH!!!  We made it to Colorado and 1 time zone closer!!!

Those are the Rockies out there!!!  Can you see them through our bug splattered windshield?!?!
