Styrofoam ball, hot glue gun, and LOTS of cupcake liners!!!

So, I saw this idea on a crafty blog that I follow (Craft-o-Maniac) for ideas & inspiration.  I think it's pretty stinkin' cute.  Too bad I didn't have cupcakes to eat (and share of course!) while making this Valentine's Day topiary!  :)
